JK Square performs our best to display the colors, sizes and measurements of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as colors visual of the items will moreover depend on your monitor settings. Thus, we are unable to guarantee the color accurateness on your monitor.
The measurements for the products presented on the website are best calculated to accuracy and true to its dimensions in inches. However, due to the fact that certain fabrics are stretchable, actual measurements of individual items might vary slightly.
All products sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.


DELIVERY OF PACKAGES

We mail our items through local mail provider, Singapore Post. Usually, SingPost will take around 2 (two) to 4 (four) working days excluding weekends/public holidays to deliver your package.

Customers may choose to have their packages sent via i) registered mail or ii) by normal mail.
JK Square will take utmost care to ensure that your purchase is defect-free & properly packed before delivering the package to you.

JK Square shall not be held responsible for any loss of parcel sent or any other issue with delivery of parcel. Hence, customers are encouraged to opt for Registered Post for product delivery.

Local Registered Delivery Charge

A flat rate of $2.24 per parcel applies only, regardless of the number of items. For registered parcels, the article number and month/year of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent. You may check the status of your mail at http://www.singpost.com.sg


CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

Upon submission of your orders we will reply your email within 24 hours with a confirmation email to ensure product availability and price that needs to be paid.

Upon receipt of JK Square confirmation email:

Payment should be made immediately.

Customer should provide JK Square the payment reference number by replying the confirmation email with the format as stipulated in the Fundamental Shopping Guide.

Upon receipt of our confirmation email, we will reserve the items for 2 (two) days for you to proceed with payment before the given dateline.

Failure to respond to our confirmation email within 2 (two) days, will be considered as cancellation of order and items will be let out to the next potential buyer.

Order will be processed only after payments have been successfully credited to our bank account.

Receipt of payment (i.e. transaction receipt) should be retained for verification purposes. JK Square will not be liable for any claims of payment if buyer is unable to produce any of the above to verify the payment made.


PAYMENT METHOD (VIA POSB/UOB BANK TRANSFERS)

We accept only Local Bank (UOB/POSB) transfers.

Customers can make payments via internet banking or ATM Fund Transfer to our bank account clearly stated in your confirmation email. Kindly inform us by dropping us an email after your transfer with the required details on the Fundamental Shopping Guide.


CANCELLATION OF ORDER

No cancellation, exchange or refund is allowed once the order is confirmed, submitted or paid by the customer.


CUSTOMERS

All customer information will be regarded private and confidential.

Customers are responsible to notify JK Square of any change in customer particulars/details. In any events, JK Square will not be held responsible for any undelivered/lost/returned goods or/and service or any charges incurred.


INDEMNITY

JK Square shall not be held responsible if customer has an allergic reaction to any of the materials used in a product purchased.

You can expect to hear from us within 24 hours from when your enquiry is sent, unless otherwise advised.
